BEGINNER CLASSES

Our next Open House Information and Demonstration sessions will be held on February 9 & 11, 2010 and new Beginner Classes and registration of new members will begin the week following. Watch this website or your local community newspaper for updates on times and locations.

HEALTH and RECOVERY CLASSES

Health Recovery classes will accept students at any time. Taoist Tai Chi ^® internal arts and methods is an effective therapy for such health problems as Parkinsons, M.S., fibromyalgia , and lower back pain. People in wheel chairs are welcome. The club is wheelchair accessible.

CLUB MEMBER ACTIVITIES
